Probat G75 – the perfect roaster for a company looking to increase production while maintaining maximum control over the quality of the roasted beans. The size of the drum and the fully modulated burner provide great flexibility in selecting the weight of the single charge.
This roaster underwent a major overhaul covering all key elements and the construction of a new destoner, chaff cyclone and pneumatic green coffee loader. The installed PLC with our custom softwar allows connection to roast logging applications – Artisan and Cropster.
An additional challenge was to adapt it to work in Canada, which involved separate certification and installing a burner and electronic parts intended for this market.
