The Probat G120 coffee roaster is very popular among medium-sized roasteries. It allows you to roast two standard 60-kilogram bags of coffee at once. We refurbished this model for a client from southern Europe.
The roaster underwent a major renovation, including replacing the burner with a modern, modulated one and replacing the combustion chamber insulation. Pneumatics were installed to streamline the operation of the roaster and a new controls with a touch panel and buttons. The old motors and pulleys were dismantled, and in their place we used gearmotors, the drum and exhaust fan motors gained speed control.
The roaster was also equipped with a new green coffee loader, a destoner and a chaff cyclone. Thanks to this, it will serve its new owner for many years.
