Probat & Gothot & Barth
For over a century, German companies have been setting the standards in the construction of coffee roasting ovens. Probat, Gothot (now part of Probat), and Barth (currently part of Bühler) have introduced three different design philosophies for these machines. Our company specializes in renovating these ovens, but thanks to our extensive network of contacts, we are also able to locate specific models sought by our clients.
Cropster & Artisan
We are aware that proper supervision of the roasting process has a significant impact on the quality of roasted coffee beans. That is why we provide full integration of our ovens with leading roasting monitoring software programs such as Artisan and Cropster.,
Automation
Our deep knowledge and experience in programming PLC controllers enable us to provide comprehensive automation of both the roasting process and other key operations in our roastery. We can ensure efficient automation of various tasks, including temperature control, timing, data logging, and integration with other systems, resulting in improved efficiency and consistency in coffee roasting.
