Probat G120, ideal for roasting large quantities of coffee. The model shown in the photos was purchased and renovated by us for a client from the Balkans. As part of the major renovation, we replaced the original – direct burner with an indirect modulated one. We built a new combustion chamber, a chaff cyclone and a pneumatic green coffee loader.
All engines, insulation and cover the roaster were replaced. The old, rusty parts of the cooler were dismantled and remade in stainless steel. We also installed pneumatic actuators that help the operator.
At the customer’s request, we developed a new customised control system that has the possibility of automatic roasting of saved profiles.
