The Probat G30 coffee roaster is slightly larger than the compact Probat UG22. A classic half-bagger, it can roast 30kg of green coffee in one batch.
The history of this roaster is very interesting. We found it in Germany, where it was used as a mobile coffee roaster – transported on a trailer.
Wanting to maintain the classic look, we decided to leave the original drum gear but added the ability to control its speed. To reduce the amount of space occupied by the roaster, the control panel was ingtegrated with the control cabinet. The new pneumatic green coffee loader and the chaff cyclone with the possibility of disconnecting the bucket, make working with this roaster much easier and faster.
