Probat G90 is a coffee roaster model with a 90kg green coffee charge. It works best in small and medium-sized roasteries. We purchased this roaster from a liquidated Danish roastery.
It not only underwent a thorough renovation consisting of renewing all parts and modernizing the control and burner. The customer also ordered an exhaust afterburner to reduce the amount of smoke emitted during roasting.
Finally, the Probat G90 roaster was adapted to work automatically with the Artisan software, which increased the consistency of coffee roasting.
